Description

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 package dumpling wrappers
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground pork, chopped cabbage, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it over, and pinch to seal.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Arrange the dumplings in a single layer in the basket, making sure they are not touching.
  7. Spray the tops of the dumplings with cooking spray.
  8. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
