- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 package dumpling wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground pork, chopped cabbage, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it over, and pinch to seal.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the dumplings in a single layer in the basket, making sure they are not touching.
- Spray the tops of the dumplings with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add ginger to the pork mixture.
- Make sure not to overfill the dumplings to prevent them from bursting during cooking.
- These dumplings can be frozen before cooking for a quick meal later.
