Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g Biscoff cookies
  • 300ml heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Crush the Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs in a zip-top bag using a rolling pin.
  2. Whip the cold heavy cream in a mixing bowl using a hand mixer until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold the crushed cookies into the whipped cream with a spatula until just combined.
