Description

Buffalo Chicken Pizza Dip Sliders are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer perfect for game day or any gathering. They combine the flavors of buffalo chicken dip with the convenience of sliders.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and ranch dressing until well mixed.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the slider buns.
  5. Place the top halves of the slider buns on top of the mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions if desired.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more buffalo sauce to the mixture.
  • These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
  • Serve with celery sticks and extra ranch dressing on the side.
