- 8 small flour or corn tortillas

Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce and cheese until evenly mixed.
- Lay a tortilla flat and place a spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture at the center.
- Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, ensuring no mixture spills out.
- Heat about half an inch of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Carefully place the taquitos seam side down in hot oil, frying for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Use a spatula to flip the taquitos for even cooking, then remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with small bowls of blue cheese or ranch dressing.
