Description

A delicious dessert combining the flavors of caramel and apple in a pie, perfect for fall.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of sliced apples
  • 1 cup of caramel sauce
  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix sliced apples with lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, and flour.
  3. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and fill it with the apple mixture.
  4. Drizzle caramel sauce over the apple filling.
  5. If using, sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the apples are tender.
  7. Let it cool before serving.
