Description

A delicious and indulgent recipe featuring a combination of cheesy buffalo chicken, beef, bacon, and mozzarella, all wrapped up in a tasty bomb.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, mozzarella cheese, and crumbled bacon until well combined.
  3. Open the package of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit and place a generous spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Place the filled bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with ranch dressing on the side, if desired.

Notes

  • Feel free to adjust the level of buffalo sauce to your taste.
  • These bombs can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
