Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the melted butter and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl, stirring until smooth and glossy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, followed by the vanilla extract.
  4. Mix the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually incorporate this into the wet ingredients, folding gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in the sliced strawberries, distributing them evenly throughout the batter.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few crumbs.
  7. While the brownies cool, prepare the ganache by bringing heavy cream to a gentle simmer in a small saucepan.
  8. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl and let it sit for a minute before stirring until smooth.
  9. Once the brownies are cooled, carefully pour the ganache over the top and allow it to set before slicing into squares.
