- 2 cups orzo pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

- 1 cup onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and Cajun seasoning, cooking until chicken is browned.
- Add onion, bell peppers, and garlic, sautéing until softened.
- Stir in the orzo, chicken broth, and heavy cream.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until orzo is cooked and liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add more Cajun seasoning.
- Can substitute chicken with shrimp or sausage for variation.
