Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (your choice)
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, sour cream, and lemon juice.
- Add the diced celery, red onion, and bell pepper to the bowl.
- Once the pasta is cool, add it to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like corn or peas for extra flavor.
- This salad can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
- Use fresh crab meat for the best taste.
