Ingredients

  • 4 Bagels (plain, onion, or everything)
  • 4 Slices of Bacon
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Chives (Optional)
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then crumble.
  3. Combine cream cheese, cheddar, crumbled bacon, and chives in a mixing bowl; season and mix well.
  4. Slice each bagel in half and spread cheese mixture on each half.
