- 1 Cup Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 6 Slices Cooked Bacon, Crumbled
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Chives
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, chopped chives, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- Prepare the bagels by slicing them in half.
- Spread the creamy mixture generously over each half of the bagels.
- Bake on a baking sheet for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
