Description

A delightful blend of creamy cheese and crispy bacon on perfectly toasted bagels, perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 4 Bagels (any variety)
  • 1 Cup Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 6 Slices Cooked Bacon, Crumbled
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Chives
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, chopped chives, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  3. Prepare the bagels by slicing them in half.
  4. Spread the creamy mixture generously over each half of the bagels.
  5. Bake on a baking sheet for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
