- 4 cups fresh or frozen corn
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the corn and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the honey and heavy cream, and cook for another 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes
- For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- This dish can be made with canned corn if fresh or frozen is not available.
