- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (for sauce)
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce (for sauce)
- 1 tbsp sriracha (for sauce)
- 1 tbsp honey (for sauce)
- 1 tbsp lime juice (for sauce)
Instructions
- Prepare the salmon by cutting it into 1-inch cubes and patting dry.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned panko.
- Bread each salmon cube by first coating with flour, then eggs, and finally panko crumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Fry the bites in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Make the Bang Bang sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice.
- Serve the salmon bites hot, drizzled with the Bang Bang sauce or on the side for dipping.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Ensure the oil temperature is right for crispy results.
