Description
A delicious crusty cob loaf filled with succulent garlic butter prawns, perfect for sharing.
Ingredients

- 1 large cob loaf
- 250g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 100g butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the top off the cob loaf and hollow out the inside.
- In a skillet, cook the prawns in the garlic butter mixture until they turn pink.
- Fill the hollowed cob loaf with the garlic butter prawns.
- Replace the top of the cob loaf and wrap it in foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, unwrap, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
- Can be served as an appetizer or a main dish.
- Ensure prawns are fresh for the best taste.
