Description

Curried Salmon Slice is a flavorful and unique dish that combines the richness of salmon with aromatic spices, perfect for a delightful dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add curry powder and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in coconut milk and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the curry sauce over them.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
