Description

Delicious Spinach and Artichoke Dip Cups are a delightful appetizer that combines creamy spinach and artichoke dip served in crispy pastry cups, perfect for parties or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 package of phyllo pastry cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  4. Place the phyllo pastry cups on a baking sheet.
  5. Fill each pastry cup with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
