Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Add olive oil and let it heat up.
  3. Add the sliced flank steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the garlic, bell peppers, and onion to the griddle.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
