- 1 lb flank steak, sliced thinly
- 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
- Add olive oil and let it heat up.
- Add the sliced flank steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the garlic, bell peppers, and onion to the griddle.
- Stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
