- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and ginger to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm or chilled, topped with whipped cream if desired.
- This pudding can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
- For a richer flavor, use half-and-half instead of milk.
