Description

A simple and delicious baked pumpkin pudding that is perfect for fall gatherings and holiday celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and ginger to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
