Description

Delicious and creamy eggnog cheesecake bars, perfect for the holiday season.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in the eggnog, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon until well combined.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger eggnog flavor, use a higher quality eggnog.
  • Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg before serving.
  • These bars can be made a day in advance for convenience.
