Description

A comforting and flavorful casserole combining tender chicken, orzo pasta, and rich French onion flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups French onion soup
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked orzo, shredded chicken, French onion soup, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
