Description

A savory dish featuring tender beef bites cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce, served with crispy potatoes for a delightful dinner experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with 2 tablespoons of melted butter, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. In a skillet, melt the remaining butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic.
