- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough

Instructions

- Cook the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Drain the excess fat to keep the bombs from being soggy.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into small squares, about 3×3 inches.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and cheese in the center of each dough square.
- Fold the dough over to form a ball, pinching the edges to seal.

- Brush this mixture over each ball before placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Make-ahead tips: Prepare the beef mixture and assemble the bombs ahead of time and store in the fridge until baking. For customization, consider adding jalapeños for a spicy kick.
