Description

Delicious garlic Parmesan cheeseburger bombs that deliver a flavorful explosion in a golden, buttery pizza dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. Drain the excess fat to keep the bombs from being soggy.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into small squares, about 3×3 inches.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and cheese in the center of each dough square.
  6. Fold the dough over to form a ball, pinching the edges to seal.
  7. Combine melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese in a mixing bowl.
  8. Brush this mixture over each ball before placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Make-ahead tips: Prepare the beef mixture and assemble the bombs ahead of time and store in the fridge until baking. For customization, consider adding jalapeños for a spicy kick.
