Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the frozen hash browns and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and golden brown on top.
