Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the frozen hash browns and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and golden brown on top.
