Description

A delightful and versatile dish made with orzo pasta, inspired by Greek flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
