Description

Delicious grilled shrimp wrapped in a Caesar salad for a fresh and flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
  5. Lay a tortilla flat and place a portion of the Caesar salad mixture in the center.
  6. Add grilled shrimp on top of the salad.
  7. Wrap the tortilla tightly around the filling.
  8. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  9. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes before grilling.
  • Feel free to add other toppings like avocado or cherry tomatoes.
  • These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
