Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large tortillas
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup croutons
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
- Lay a tortilla flat and place a portion of the Caesar salad mixture in the center.
- Add grilled shrimp on top of the salad.
- Wrap the tortilla tightly around the filling.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes before grilling.
- Feel free to add other toppings like avocado or cherry tomatoes.
- These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
