Description

Delicious Hawaiian Roll Pizza Sliders that are easy to share and perfect for any gathering, combining sweet rolls with classic pizza flavors.


Ingredients

  • 12 King’s Hawaiian Rolls (attached, do not separate)
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 48 slices pepperoni
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • ¼ cup pesto
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350℉. Line a 9×13 casserole dish with parchment paper or use a cookie sheet to catch any melted cheese.
  2. Slice the rolls in half lengthwise without separating them.
  3. Place the bottom half of the rolls into your prepared pan.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella generously over the rolls.
  5. Layer the pepperoni slices over the mozzarella.
  6. Spread the pizza sauce generously across the top of the pepperoni.
  7. Carefully place the top half of the rolls back onto the layers below.
  8. Brush the pesto over the surface of the top rolls.
  9. Finish with a sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown on top.

Notes

For a crunchier texture, consider using an air fryer. You can prepare the sliders ahead of time and store them in the refrigerator.
