Description

A delicious and healthy baked feta orzo dish that is easy to prepare and perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 1 block (8 oz) feta cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine the orzo, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the mixture.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the feta is golden and the tomatoes are blistered.
