- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add the rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to the mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
