Description

A delicious and spicy twist on Brussels sprouts, featuring crispy bacon and a sweet hot honey glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and sprinkle the chopped bacon on top.
  4. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and the bacon is crispy.
  5. Drizzle the hot honey over the roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to combine.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add red pepper flakes to the hot honey.
