- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the lemon juice and zest, and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the lemon garlic butter sauce over them.
