Description

A delicious and flavorful recipe for Thai Basil Beef Rolls that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package spring roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, Thai basil, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Take a spring roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll tightly.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the rolls until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Make sure not to overfill the spring rolls to prevent them from bursting while frying.
  • These rolls can be baked instead of fried for a healthier option.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables to the filling for extra flavor and nutrition.
