Description

Delicious and nutritious Spinach Cottage Cheese Flagels, perfect for any meal of the day, packed with protein and essential vitamins.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Baby Spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the cottage cheese, olive oil, and egg in a mixing bowl until creamy.
  3. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl, whisking together.
  4. Add the chopped spinach and shredded mozzarella to the wet mixture.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Shape the dough into small bagel-like shapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
