Description

Tender pieces of pork marinated in garlic and herbs, offering a flavor explosion with a satisfying crunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork Tenderloin
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 2 wedges Lemon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and thyme. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Marinate the Pork: Cut the pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade. Toss to coat evenly. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat the Pan: Place a skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Ensure it’s hot before adding the pork.
  4. Cook the Pork: Add the marinated pork pieces in a single layer. Sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Garnish: Remove the pork from the skillet and transfer it to a serving platter. Squeeze fresh lemon over the top and sprinkle with parsley.
  6. Serve Warm: Enjoy the pork bites fresh out of the skillet!

Notes

For a deeper flavor, marinate the pork for up to an hour. You can also use an air fryer at 375°F for about 10-12 minutes.
