- 1 lb Pork Tenderloin
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme
- ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 2 wedges Lemon
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and thyme. Mix thoroughly.
- Marinate the Pork: Cut the pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade. Toss to coat evenly. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat the Pan: Place a skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Ensure it’s hot before adding the pork.
- Cook the Pork: Add the marinated pork pieces in a single layer. Sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Garnish: Remove the pork from the skillet and transfer it to a serving platter. Squeeze fresh lemon over the top and sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve Warm: Enjoy the pork bites fresh out of the skillet!
Notes
For a deeper flavor, marinate the pork for up to an hour. You can also use an air fryer at 375°F for about 10-12 minutes.
