Description

A creamy, cheesy dip with jalapeños and crispy bacon, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup (120ml) sour cream
  • ¼ cup (60ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup (50g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 medium fresh jalapeños, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: 2 tbsp chopped green onions or chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 7-10 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to drain, then crumble.
  3. Dice the jalapeños and mince the garlic.
  4. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
  5. Stir in the minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Fold in the cheddar, mozzarella, crumbled bacon, and jalapeños.
  7. Spread the mixture in a baking dish and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  9. Garnish with green onions or chives before serving.

Notes
