A creamy, cheesy dip with jalapeños and crispy bacon, perfect for gatherings.

- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup (120ml) sour cream
- ¼ cup (60ml) mayonnaise
- 1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup (50g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 medium fresh jalapeños, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: 2 tbsp chopped green onions or chives for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 7-10 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to drain, then crumble.
- Dice the jalapeños and mince the garlic.
- Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
- Stir in the minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the cheddar, mozzarella, crumbled bacon, and jalapeños.
- Spread the mixture in a baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
- Garnish with green onions or chives before serving.
