Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat for about 1 minute.
- Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and break it apart with a wooden spoon, browning it for about 5–7 minutes until caramelized.
- Pour in the soy sauce, stirring well to coat the beef, and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
- Serve the beef mixture over the warm rice, garnishing with green onions and sesame seeds.
