- 1½ cups cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
- Chocolate ganache (melted chocolate + heavy cream)
- Caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Extra brownie crumbs (for garnish)
Instructions
- Start with softened cream cheese. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until creamy.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula.
- Choose either homemade or store-bought brownies. Let cool, then crumble into bite-sized chunks.
- Layer crumbled brownies at the bottom of dessert cups, pressing down gently for a firm base.
- Dollop the cheesecake mousse on top using a piping bag or spoon.
- Drizzle chocolate ganache and caramel sauce over the mousse.
- Repeat the layering process, finishing with a drizzle and a sprinkle of brownie crumbs on top.
- Top with extra brownie crumbs, ganache, caramel, and optional whipped cream or mini brownie.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
