Description

Indulge in decadent layers of crumbled brownies, airy cheesecake mousse, and delightful drizzle of chocolate ganache and caramel.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fudgy brownies, crumbled (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1½ cups cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • Chocolate ganache (melted chocolate + heavy cream)
  • Caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Extra brownie crumbs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Start with softened cream cheese. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until creamy.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula.
  3. Choose either homemade or store-bought brownies. Let cool, then crumble into bite-sized chunks.
  4. Layer crumbled brownies at the bottom of dessert cups, pressing down gently for a firm base.
  5. Dollop the cheesecake mousse on top using a piping bag or spoon.
  6. Drizzle chocolate ganache and caramel sauce over the mousse.
  7. Repeat the layering process, finishing with a drizzle and a sprinkle of brownie crumbs on top.
  8. Top with extra brownie crumbs, ganache, caramel, and optional whipped cream or mini brownie.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
