Description

An elevated classic, this Loaded Chicken Club Sandwich features grilled chicken, crispy bacon, creamy avocado ranch, and fresh veggies layered between perfectly toasted bread.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread (your choice: whole grain, sourdough, or ciabatta)
  • 1 grilled chicken breast (marinated or seasoned)
  • 2 slices of crispy bacon (or turkey bacon for a lighter option)
  • Lettuce leaves (crunchy romaine or butter lettuce)
  • 2 slices of tomato (ripe summer tomatoes or any variety)
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Avocado Ranch Spread: In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocado until smooth. Blend in the ranch dressing, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Grill the Chicken Breast: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Season your chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side, until juices run clear.
  3. Toast the Bread: Toast your bread slices until golden brown, locking in crunchiness.
