Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for about 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Cook the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Add taco seasoning and mix well.
