A tropical twist on the classic tiramisu, featuring layers of mango and passionfruit for a refreshing dessert experience.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes, pureed
- 1 cup passionfruit pulp
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- Fresh mango slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mango puree and passionfruit pulp.
- Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee briefly, then layer them in a serving dish.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Add a layer of the mango and passionfruit mixture on top.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh mango slices.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
- Adjust the sweetness according to your taste preference.
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
