Description

A tropical twist on the classic tiramisu, featuring layers of mango and passionfruit for a refreshing dessert experience.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe mangoes, pureed
  • 1 cup passionfruit pulp
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • Fresh mango slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the mango puree and passionfruit pulp.
  3. Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee briefly, then layer them in a serving dish.
  4. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. Add a layer of the mango and passionfruit mixture on top.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, garnish with fresh mango slices.

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
  • Adjust the sweetness according to your taste preference.
  • Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
