Description

Maple Chicken Bacon Sliders are a delicious combination of sweet and savory flavors, featuring tender chicken, crispy bacon, and a hint of maple syrup, all served on soft slider buns.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Optional: lettuce and tomato for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken slices in the maple mixture.
  4. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, cook the chicken slices until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Assemble the sliders by placing a piece of chicken on each slider bun, topping with bacon, and adding optional lettuce and tomato.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the maple mixture for a few hours before cooking.
  • These sliders can be served with a side of sweet potato fries or a salad.
  • Adjust the amount of maple syrup based on your sweetness preference.
