- 2 cups Hungry Jack Pancake Mix
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease your mini muffin pan with cooking spray or butter.
- Brown the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked.
- Mix the pancake mix and water in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add the cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, and maple syrup to the batter.
- Fill each muffin cup about three-quarters full with the batter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm, optionally with extra maple syrup for dipping.
Notes
You can prepare the batter the night before and fill the muffin pan in the morning for a quick bake. They can also be made in an air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 8-10 minutes.
