Description

Mini Egg Mini Cheesecakes are delightful bite-sized desserts that combine the creamy texture of cheesecake with the sweetness of chocolate mini eggs, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 12 mini chocolate eggs, crushed
  • 1 package mini graham cracker crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  5. Stir in the crushed mini chocolate eggs.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the mini graham cracker crusts.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set.
  8. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
