Description

Delicious Nutella Cheesecake Cupcakes that are sure to impress your guests with their rich flavor and creamy texture.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, Nutella, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk and melted butter, until just combined.
  6. Fill each cupcake liner halfway with the batter, then add a spoonful of the Nutella cheesecake mixture on top.
  7. Top with remaining batter until the liners are about 2/3 full.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before serving.
