Description

Deliciously crispy Parmesan crusted chicken served with a rich and creamy garlic sauce, perfect for family dinners and special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 4 thin chicken cutlets
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan (for sauce)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or thyme for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken cutlets generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat the seasoned chicken in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan.
  3. Pan-Fry the coated chicken in olive oil over medium heat for about 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Make the sauce by melting butter in the same skillet. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add chicken broth and heavy cream, simmering until thickened.
  5. Combine the crispy chicken with the sauce, spooning it over each piece, and garnish with parsley or thyme before serving.

Notes

You can use turkey cutlets for a leaner option or gluten-free breadcrumbs to accommodate dietary preferences.
