- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup cowboy candy (sliced jalapeños in syrup)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together pineapple juice, brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, cowboy candy, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade.
- Let the wings marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Place the marinated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more cowboy candy or jalapeños.
- These wings can also be grilled for a smoky flavor.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
