Description

A delicious and hearty potsticker noodle bowl featuring savory pork and a refreshing cabbage slaw.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz. noodles
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  4. Stir in garlic, ginger, and cook for another minute.
  5. Add shredded cabbage, carrot, and green onions, and stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and rice vinegar, mixing well.
  7. Combine the cooked noodles with the pork and vegetable mixture.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.

  • Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas.
  • For a vegetarian option, substitute ground pork with tofu or tempeh.
