- 8 oz. noodles
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in garlic, ginger, and cook for another minute.
- Add shredded cabbage, carrot, and green onions, and stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
- Pour in soy sauce and rice vinegar, mixing well.
- Combine the cooked noodles with the pork and vegetable mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.

- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas.
- For a vegetarian option, substitute ground pork with tofu or tempeh.
