Description

Praline Chex Crunch is a delightful snack mix that combines the crunch of Chex cereal with a sweet praline coating, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups Chex cereal
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat until it comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and baking soda.
  4. In a large bowl, mix Chex cereal and chopped pecans.
  5. Pour the praline mixture over the cereal and pecans, stirring to coat evenly.
  6. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
