- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 cup pulled pork
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, pulled pork, cheddar cheese, milk, and barbecue sauce.
- Mix until well combined and cheese is melted.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spoon a generous amount of the mac and cheese mixture onto the center.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add the wraps seam-side down and cook until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.

- Feel free to add additional toppings like jalapeños or green onions for extra flavor.
- These wraps can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven.
