Description

Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese Wraps are a delicious fusion of creamy mac and cheese, tender pulled pork, all wrapped in a soft tortilla for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup pulled pork
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, pulled pork, cheddar cheese, milk, and barbecue sauce.
  2. Mix until well combined and cheese is melted.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and spoon a generous amount of the mac and cheese mixture onto the center.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
  5. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  6. Add the wraps seam-side down and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  7. Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
