Description

A creamy and spicy dip made with roasted jalapeños, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 23 roasted jalapeños, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roast the jalapeños until charred, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Let the jalapeños cool, then chop them finely.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
  5. Add the chopped jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Mix until well combined.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Serve warm with tortilla chips or vegetables.
