- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2–3 roasted jalapeños, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roast the jalapeños until charred, about 15-20 minutes.
- Let the jalapeños cool, then chop them finely.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
- Add the chopped jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or vegetables.
Notes
- Adjust the number of jalapeños based on your spice preference.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- For a smoky flavor, consider adding smoked paprika.
