Ingredients
- Fresh strawberries
- Balsamic vinegar
- Ricotta cheese
- Sourdough bread

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the strawberries and toss them in a bowl with balsamic vinegar, a pinch of salt, and olive oil. Lay them on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes.
- Whip the ricotta cheese in a mixing bowl, adding honey and salt and pepper to taste.
- Toast the sourdough bread slices until golden brown.
- Assemble the toast by spreading whipped ricotta on the warm slices and topping with roasted strawberries.
